• To respond to your inquiries and book lessons.
• To analyse website traffic and improve our services via Google Analytics.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google may collect data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Free Resources and Email Delivery

• When you request a free downloadable resource (such as our interview guide), we collect your name and email address solely to deliver the resource and send you the download link.
• The marketing consent checkbox is optional and separate: we only send occasional English tips and updates if you tick it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
• We record how you reached the website (referrer or campaign parameters) and the page where the resource was requested, so we can understand which content is useful. This attribution data contains no personal information and is never sent to Google Analytics together with your name or email.
• The form is processed by our backend service hosted on Vercel, and emails are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, your preferred language, the page you subscribed from and the date of your consent, so we can email you when we publish a new article. This consent is separate from the free resource, is never pre-ticked, and every email contains an unsubscribe link.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
